• Thermal Inspection 
  • This type of inspection is usually preformed for seeing the home in a way that the naked eye cannot see, this scan will show the lack or exsistence of insulation, moisture in the walls or flooring, roof moisture, It is labled the camera that can see thorough walls, it can not but a properly trained inspector in Thermography can read what is being scanned.

• Pre-Listing Inspection
  • This type of inspection is usually preformed by the seller before a property is listed or announced for sale. The property owner will preform a seller's Inspectionto determine what damage or other problems exist with a property in order to determine the factors such as fair market value, discount values, or any pre-listing expenditure necessary to increase the value and desirability of the property.

• Pre-Purchase Inspection

  • This type of inspection is usually preformed after a property has been on the market by a seller but before a potential buyer has taken possession of the property prior to the closing contract. The buyer will usually sign a contingency agreement with the seller prior to ordering this type of inspection. If a property fails to meet the buyers expectations as a result of the inspection, then the sale may fall through.
