Graduating with a B.S. in Accounting Mr. Wright's first employment was writing technical manuals and conducting training for an asset/liability-software company.  Helping Banks, Credit Unions and S&L make better business decisions through close analysis of their assets and liabilities.  Not much different than the services provided today.  Through Banking and Financial work Mr. Wright has held Series 7, 24, 63 and Insurance licenses.

Just wanted to let you know I have been spending a lot of time on the Create a Plan site. Inputting numbers and expenses for listings is really an eye opener to me. I have never known what it costs me per listing and I have tried to figure out how to track it. Your plan is so easy to use, and I love how it breaks out the number of listings and sales I need in 2007 to reach my goals. I have been looking for this type of structured plan my entire RE career!
