With 128 sales in 2007, Pat Wattam and her team of professionals do whatever it takes to meet her clients needs.   Pat holds the ABR, CRS, GRI, and e-Pro designations, which means she has spent the time to pursue the training needed to help her excel in this business!!!  Education is key to success and to remain on the cutting edge of technology.  That's why Pat and her team attend conferences throughout the country several times a year, bringing home new ideas to help their clients.  Pat and various team members have attended the Star Power Buyer University, Listing University, Team Traning, and Marketing Universities. In addition, Pat was one of the cadre to teach the High Tech, High Touch Technology University.

Pat has been in real estate since 1983.  She has been profiled in the national magazine for Realtors, REALTOR, as a Top Performer, and has written many articles for the CRS magazine.  Pat was also honored by the Greater Baton Rouge Board of Realtors as the Most Cooperative Realtor!  She is a Star Power STAR, and an Allen Hainge CyberStar - two noteworthy organizations who tap into the talent of top REALTORS across the country to help raise the bar in training other REALTORS.

Pat's speciality is marketing!  Not only does she provide great print ads for her listings, but excellent internet marketing too!  Sellers especially love the custom brochures provided for each listing that Pat handles!  Home Buyers get specialized attention from Pat's Buyer Specialist, Debbie Hanna.  Another licensed team member, Karen O'Pry helps out with buyers when she isn't busy handling the marketing and follow-up for listings and closings.  Pat's husband, Roger Wattam, joined the team in 2008 after retiring from LSU Band Department.  He is in charge of operations for the team.
