Professional, Education, and Designations

  

Wanda graduated from Elizabethtown College, in PA with a B/S Degree, in Psychology, History, & Secondary Ed. Wanda has earned the designations of GRI, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, which is the mark of a Real Estate Professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of service by securing a strong educational foundation.  Realtors with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. Wanda has also earned the SRES, Senior Real Estate Professional designation.  This training is specifically geared to assist adults 50 years of age and over.  This training is extremely important because every Baby Boomer will be a senior by 2014. Wanda has also earned the e-PRO designation, which about 3% of all Realtors have achieved. Wanda's most recent designation is CSP - Certified New Homes Sales Professional. Wanda is also in the top 7% of RE/MAX Agents in Florida and has earned the Prestigious Platinum Club Award.

 

Professional Experience

 

Wanda's first venture into Real Estate was the purchase of 2 condominiums, to utilize as rental properties in Daytona Beach. This was a success, which afforded her opportunity to purchase another rental property, this time a townhouse. At the same time she ran Kelly Racing Fuels, and worked at Mack Trucks, starting as a Supervisor. With diligence and perseverance, she worked her way through the corporate ranks, and became a Manager in Materials, Customer Engineering, and Sales and Marketing. The training and skills which she had acquired over the years have eased her transition to Real Estate Professional.

 

When you are buying or selling property in today's real estate market, it's important to have confience in your Real Estate Professional.  My comitment as your Local Realtor, is to provide you with the specialized real estate service you deserve.

Realtors who hold the GRI designation have dedicated their time and money on real estate education to bring you quality service.  The have taken at least 90 hours of specialized real estate related courses and are up to date on the latest real estate trends and issues.

GRI's are Nationally recognized as top performers in the real estate industry - professionally trained, knowledgeable and dedicated to bringing you quality service.

The SRES designation provides specialized training to assist Realtors who choose to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing adults when buying or selling residential or investment properties.

Listening and understanding is the essence of good service, and evverything I do in my real estate work serves this objective in one way or another.  I enjoy assisting people with their real estate needs.  Perhaps the most obvious is the satisfaction that comes from helping people realize their dreams, with the largest investment most people will ever make.

Another reason is that selling real estate is a constant learning process.  No two clients are the same, no two listings are the same, and no two deals are the same.  Each has its own characteristics and challenges.  However, it is through overcoming these challenges, that I have learned the lessons which enable me to improve my quality of service.
