With many years of experience in foreclosures and evictions, we can serve as your authorized agent when taking possession of property under a Court Order. 

We meet with officers of the court on site, take possession of the property, post it legally and change or re-key locks while law enforcement is still on site.  We secure the property and submit an immediate report regarding the condition of the property, noting any personal property in the residence or business.  If requested, we can provide detailed photographs of the interior and/or exterior condition of the property.

We offer services that include property winterization, de-trashing or any other assistance you may require.
