Few Real Estate Practitioners anywhere have the depth and breadth of education and experience that Ed brings to the profession. Ed started his Real Estate Experience in 1976 when he became a Real Property Right-of-Way Agent with Sierra Telephone. For the next 24 years he purchased land and leases; procured easements and rights-of-way; and obtained permits from various government agencies at national, state, county, and district levels. He partioned land, wrote legal descriptions, drafted documents, and coordinated activities with Land Surveyors, Title/Escrow Officers, Developers, Builders, Contractors, Public Officials, Appraisers, Attorneys, Engineers, Agents, Brokers, and other land services professionals.
In 2005 Ed completed 6 additional college and college level courses and upgraded to a Broker's license. He served as Education Committee Chairman for the Yosemite Gateway Association of REALTORS® for 2006 and 2007. He also teaches Real Estate at the local community college.
Ed graduated from Antelope Valley College with a major in Business Administration. He also holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of San Francisco. He is proud to be a member of the award winning Oakhurst Real Estate team in Oakhurst. California, and a real estate instructor with the Oakhurst campus of State Center Community College.
