Worry-Free Warranty Service
Along with the industry standard warranty on Ashley merchandise, we also offer our own IN-HOUSE professionally trained service and repair technicians. Many companies outsource their "after-the-sale" service. If a customer has an issue with their furniture, they have to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer then locates a trained service technician in the area and reports the issue. The technician then contacts the customer to schedule a time to come out to the customer's home. Our goal is to deliver customer satisfaction, not just furniture! If a customer has a warranty concern, they call us direct.
