She worked very hard for 6 months to list our property, advised us on changing market conditions, and eventually in guiding us through the escrow process. Our property at 5190 Colorado St #210 is on leased land and did require special attention.

Barbara went the extra mile for us at the time of closing. Our buyer required a new dishwasher and Barbara decided to purchase that for us at her expense. That was much appreciated by us.
