About Me
Finding the right coach or trainer is very much like putting the pieces of a puzzle together. Initially you think you need a coach but are afraid of all the hype, all the empty promises, and skeptical about what this person or company can really add to your business.
This is why I started the Underground Coaching Club. You can actually find marketing systems and specific advice direct from the source. With 10 years as an agent and over 20 years of real estate marketing and training experience - I can help you design a marketing plan that will fit both your goals and your budget.
Areas of Expertise
My approach is that if you spend a dollar on marketing - it must absolutely be attached to a closed transaction. There are enough agents out there trying to buy image business. The consumers of today are not responsive to it, and many times, annoyed by it. If you are an agent looking to figure out Direct Response marketing - take a look at what I do. It is not for everyone - that is the point sometimes though. You need to play to your strengths and I know that if it is a good fit for both - we will together do more business.

 | Sharon Esslinger - yes I am very satisfied w/Todd. I have been with Todd, oh, for about 6 years now. I do not get paid for anything that I tell you, so it is coming only from my heart. I come from a very small town of 950 pop. My average sales price is $93,000, I close about 105-110 units annually, and my last 2 years of gross income is $250,000 - $253,000. Okay, that is the stats. Like you, I have always been high producer, but too wanted to go to the next level. Listen to what Todd tells you and do not be afraid to take a chance. Being a very conservative person, it took me a long time before I would follow Todd's suggestion to follow some of his advice- but I am here to tell you, there is nothing to be afraid of, and it will produce a great deal of business for you. Also, if you put all of the systems in order, and become totally organized, you will have more time for 'personal' time. We have 7 grandchildren and I rarely miss anything that they have (which they are involved in a lot). Do I advocate Todd's programs - ABSOLUTELY. You have nothing to lose and A LOT TO GAIN.
