Peter Tamura e-PRO, GRI -"Opening Doors in Tulsa!"
As part of the Bannochie Team of RE/MAX Executives in Tulsa, Oklahoma after four years working for Prudential CA Realtors in Fremont CA, I am ecstatic to be working in one of the most affordable real estate markets helping folks to find their affordable, dream homes in Metro Tulsa, including Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso & the Union School District. Many areas in Tulsa boast excellent schools and newer housing, and strong rental markets, making Tulsa an excellent investment. We handle the investment process for out of town investors from A to Z, including home selection with Property Manager Approval and estimate of rent, lender & Inspector recommendations, and remote closings and a review of probable costs & returns. With oil prices nudging inflation figures upward, and the dollar having one of the worst years on record in 2007, a fantastic inflation hedge and investment is, surprisingly, real estate in a stable market.
I am also a member of Typros, a Tulsa Professional Networking Organization to promote the quality of life and diversity of Tulsa and educate people about Tulsa. I participate in the Business Development Crew of Typros. I am passionate about Tulsa real estate, I think great things are ahead for Tulsa and after having seen the meteoric rise of the California market over the last seven years, I understand the potential of real estate and how to take advantage of it. Won't you join us in participating in this tremendous market?
