My specific areas of expertise are Perquimans and Chowan counties.  I have lived in both counties and know them well.  With land being the exception, the majority of my listing are $200K and up.  I am knowledgeable in waterfront property as well as new construction.   My expertise is more in the area of communities than in the specific type or dollar amount of home.
