FourSquare Realty was formed in 2004. It's very foundations are built on four principles: Integrity, Service, Knowledge, Care. There are so many links to FourSquare from the real estate world. One example is there are four square angles in a house, four square angles of 90 degrees each total 360 degrees which mean a full circle. Another is that Foursquare stands for honest, fair dealing, and yet another is the style of house that was popular between WWI & WWII. We work hard to maintain the integrity of foursquares in every deal we participate in.
Our associates averaging 11.9 years of license tenure. Each has a special capability, special interest, even a special personality. We are capable, recognize that our clients are our reason, and use all the latest tools and media to do more than list a house. We actually market a home. We recognize that selling your home is an emotional transition. There are memories of laughter, love, hope, and comfort to be considered.
Buying a home brings anticipation, excitement, possibly even fear. Change is always a factor and it must be dealt with integrity, care, and respect.
As part of our commitment to our clients, after much and often painful soul searching, we recognized that our clients needed more than our independent firm could offer. So, we set out again on a mission to discover the best franchise that would serve our clients, our associates, and still give the firm a reasonable opportunity to exist. We played in several games with other franchises, but in the end there was only one choice. RE/MAX gave us so much more to win with. Education, Networking, Branding, and a simple structure that was crucial to our demands that everyone must win.
