Your file faxes right into our system, not another fax machine. Our web site is powered by Sure Close. Once your file is received, it will be processed and you will be notified with your login and password and details of the file in progress. REDUCED RISK.

 On your contract to closing, (buyers side ) we can order home inspections, home warranty, septic inspections, surveys, radon, appraisals, perk test, pest inspections, well-water inspections, estimates on repairs, obtain pre approval and loan commitment from lender, gather insurance information, check with clients if this is a mail away, check to see if a power of attorney needs to be prepared for your clients, fax from our program contracts to attorneys, lenders, etc..., check over the HUD to make sure all inspection cost associated with the closing are correct, converse with the attorney, lender, client, on your behalf. We will keep all parties involved of the inspection times, who will be attending the inspections, and all this information will be viewable online anytime you want to view it.

If we are only doing the sellers side for you we will obtain loan approval letters, coordinate inspection times with you and the seller, fax contract to attorney, obtain payoff from seller, check to see if this is a mail away for your client, arrange POA if needed, keep up with all time lines. We do not arrange for any estimates for repairs. All inspection reports can be emailed to us or faxed to us by the vendor and then will be instantly viewable for you on line.

Permissions to view the reports can also be given to other parties involved with your file per your approval.

WE EVEN OFFER THE STORAGE SERVICE TO MORTGAGE COMPANIES AND ATTORNEY/TITLE COMPANIES. HAVE ALL THE CLOSING DOCUMENTS STORED ON LINE, VIEWABLE BY ALL INVOVLED PARTIES, AND ONE CD-ROM BURNED. CALL US FOR PRICING.

Just think, no need for your client to worry about locating that HUD or documents. Just login and print it up from the system or from the CD-ROM.


REALTOR CLOSINGS : $225.00 per file if you are on the Listing and Buying side or Buying side only with up to 60 faxed in pages. Plus you get one CD-ROM of the transaction for your client.

Listing side only would be $120.00 with up to 60 faxed in pages and one CD-ROM of the transaction for your client.

(All CD-ROMS are burned within 45 days after closing)

If your file is over 60 faxed pages, an additional charge of .10cent per page will apply.

Emailed documents to us are unlimited and do not cost. Just be sure to send each document in a separate attachment. We can put as many pages and documents you want to send us on a file. Fax to us or email to us.

(PAYMENTS CAN BE PRE-PAID OR PAID ON OR AFTER THE CLOSING)

**PLEASE NOTE : If you request to pay after the closing, invoices that are emailed or faxed to you are required to be paid upon reciept. If invoice is 10 days past due from the received date a 10% late fee will be charged and will subject all files under that login being disabled or deleted.  We thank you for your understanding in this matter.


We offer you a full professional service for a price you can't beat!

If it does not close you don't pay the closing price. However, If you would like to keep your cancelled contract on line, then a $65.00 fee would apply. CD-ROM not included. You may purchase one for an additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Any file that does not close that has went over the 60 page faxed in page limit, there will be a .10 cent per page charge. This charge applies even if you do not wish to keep it online.


****There is a $5.00 charge for any additional CD-ROM made for any file if it is requested before we burn the first CD-ROM. If addtional CD-ROMS are requested afterwards, a charge of $10.00 per CD-ROM will apply.
