I've been a mortgage lender for the past 11 years, and one of the primary reasons I've been able to not just survive, but thrive in this industry, is because I do my job with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.  Every client, and every transaction is important to me, and I appreciate and value the trust that others place in me to take care of them.  I treat others the way that I would want to be treated, so I give sound advice to everyone, and I deliver on my promises.  I seek first to understand, then to be understood.

In addition to a successful career, I've been married for the last 9 wonderful years, and have 2 beautiful daughters ages 2 & 1, and also have 2 dogs and 2 cats.  Much of my career has been in Nashville, TN, where we moved from when we arrived in Chesapeake, VA 1.5 years ago. 

The first year of my career was spent with a company where I only worked on non-conforming and Sub-prime refinance loans.  Luckily, I learned about conforming and Government loan programs shortly after that, and I've been using all these experiences to become the "one-stop shop" for ALL of my clients and colleagues!  Because I am so experienced and still utilize all the various types of mortgage loan programs that are available, I'm able to quickly analyze ANY person's financial situation and either guide them to the right loan program, or help them get on track to home ownership.

I can presently offer loan programs for almost every need - First time homebuyers to high end homeowners; purchase and refinance loans; financially sophisticated to financially strapped; perfect, average, mediocre, poor, and non-existant credit; even REVERSE MORTGAGES, which has become a new specialty because so few lenders offer them, and a lot of people are curious about how they work!

I also offer credit counseling and basic financial planning to my clients as an added benefit, and will always give people the best advice possible, regardless of my ability to help them with a mortgage loan.  My primary goal is to educate and inform, so my clients can make the best decision possible to do what's right for them and their families.  Being a family man myself, I understand how bad advice can impact the rest of a person's household, so rest assured that honest, and reliable information is what someone will receive when they work with me.
