...what a real estate agent should aspire to be...
I have known Tari Crompton for 4 years and watched her help several people buy and sell homes. Her ability to represent a fair picture of what the buyer and seller are and are not doing makes it obvious how much she really knows and cares about her customers. I have watched her help people save thousands of dollars and cut through red tape with the kind of expertise rarely seen in the real estate world. Having bought my first home in Blair Nebraska with a different realtor I now see clearly how I was taken advantage of and poorly represented. While I know Tari is college educated, I thought at times she was a seasoned attorney on my side and her understanding of real estate law was a comfort. I am 42 years old and have worked with many different professionals who really were not professional at all. If you truly want someone who will help you buy or sell a home with accurate and fair representation than I can assure you there is no other realtor that will execute as only Tari Crompton can. My hats off to her and her brokerage company. She is what a real estate agent should aspire to be. I know I will seek her out again when I buy my next home and it gives me less to worry about since I feel there is some deception among realtors. Tari Lynn saved us...
Tari Lynn saved us from financial ruin. The real estate market was very good so we got a bridge loan but our house was not selling, it had already expired on the MLS once, we were making two house payments (we used an agent who is a family friend). When we re-listed it with Tari, she took new pictures, and gave us a list she had made for us of things we could do to increase it's salability. We made most of these changes in a few hours, it was easy she really knows what sells houses. We would have never realized that's all we had to do. Our house sold for over list price with two interested bidders within a 9 days. It was comforting to know Tari was negotiating for us and making sure the house closed quickly. We would strongly recommend Tari as a Realtor...We met Tari in the middle of our home search. She is a very special real estate agent, she is so knowledgeable and it is only in hindsite that we realize the extent of the value in having her represent us. My best friend is in real estate, but she didn't ever seem to have time to work with us. So we were just using the agent that had the house listed to show us the houses. Until we met Tari we looked at her listing, it was clear to her that we were still very unsure of what we were looking for. Tari just said not to worry we would "know" Tari just said not to worry we would "know" when we saw it. She asked us questions and found us houses to look at. She was always there for us to show us houses. She was patient with us and explained when we had a question about anything. She advised us that she had some concerns about the broker we were using based on his good faith estimate and asked us to shop around and even provided alternative choices of lenders she had worked with in the past. We liked and trusted our mortgage broker so we did not shop around. When we finally found the right house Tari negotiated us a great price. She let us in the house a couple times to measure things before we closed. She stayed informed on how our closing was going and as soon as she got the closing costs she called to let us know that the mortgage broker was charging us thousands in junk fees. She quickly found us another mortgage broker who wouldn't charge us any of these fees. She truly cares about her clients and she represents their best interests not her own. She could have just went forward with the closing. She gets paid the same no matter how much our closing costs are... but she didn't. We did not know, this was our first home, we didn't know what closing costs should be. We ended up closing a week later but we saved thousands by doing so. If we ever need a real estate agent or have a real estate question we will call Tari. Needless to say my friend is a little upset we didn't use her, but my answer to her is she got the first shot.

I had attempted to go through another realtor. After advising her of the certain things I looked for in a house, she did not follow through. What she provided me was not even close to what I wanted. Tari Lynn contacted me right away, found out what I was looking for, location etc. She referred me to another mortgage company to see if I could get a higher loan amount on a pre-approval. After the new approval amount was provided, the search was on. The houses I was provided to look at were exactly what I had in mind. Took one day to look at a few houses, the next day placed a bid on one, the third day, seller accepted bid. I never would have dreamed of it going so smoothly and efficiently.
