About Us:

As the Owner and Operator of a small Real Estate investor company  from 2001 to 2005 I have had  extensive experience in many areas of the Real Estate industry..  The experience and knowledge that I gained as an investor was even prior to  my obtaining a Real Estate License.

If you've  ever seen the show Flip this house, that is exactly what my company did.  I learned the market in the Jackson and surrounding areas, I  found the properties, I decided ( along with  experts in every trade ) from the foundation to the roof what needed to be done, I obtained financing , bought it, rehabbed it , marketed and found my own buyers, all this, from the day the house was bought to the day it closed, my average turn around time, (doing over 36 properties in 4 years), was 88 days.

While working in real estate investing, I discovered how much I loved working with buyers, I decided to obtain my Reators License.  It has been an absolute pleasure helping others buy and sell, without all the headaches involved in rehabbing..  I will help you buy or sell from the financing to the closing , keeping you informed daily and abreast of what is going on in the market,and I  will aggressively pursue what is best for you and your family 

I am blessed to work with Patti Herrington and her agency, which, puts God before anything else.  We start and end our business meetings with Prayer and we fully give God the glory for the success we have had.

My Philosophy is to put the buyer or Seller first, help them  find what is best for them even if it's not best for me! The Good Lord knows our Hearts and that's what is important to me.  On a personal note::

I did my undergraduate studies at USM, before obtaining my Dental Hygiene License at UMC in 1985.  I worked 21 years as a Dental Hygeniest for some of the Best Dentists in the  Jackson, Clinton , and Madison area.

 I attend Broadmoor Baptist Church, in Madison. I love gardening ( it is my therapy!!)  the only thing I like better is being with  my family.  I am married to Harry, who has been in Pharmacuetical sales for 21 years.  I have a 18 year old stepdaughter, Kirsti that attends USM.   Harry and I have 2 of our own children, tyler !2, and Lauren !0.  Tyler is a 2^nd degree Black Belt and Lauren is into Cheerleading and Horses!!
