Tina Carpenter has called the Monterey Bay home for the past 12 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. She moved here as a single mom of four to start a new life and feels fortunate to have been able to do that is such a beautiful place.

Tina has been involved in some of the Peninsula’s premier properties with total sales over $130 million since starting her career in Real Estate 9 years ago. She has unparalleled knowledge, uncompromising integrity and a true dedication to service.

The last year Tina has been focusing her marketing in both Rancho Rio Vista/ Carmel Views and New Monterey where she owns homes. She raised her children in New Monterey for eight years and loves the feel of the hill that was originally occupied by local fisherman. She misses frequent sounds of the barking sea lions. Tina now lives in Rancho Rio Vista at the mouth of Carmel Valley and loves the privacy and the peacefulness of the area. It is still close to town and the beach but far enough away to have a real mountain feel.
