I was born and raised in Phoenix and graduated from the Arizona State College of Engineering in 1991.  After 10 years of combined experience in Nuclear Engineering, Project Management, Sales & Marketing, I decided to start a real estate career.  In 2001, I was the Vice President of Real Estate for AmeriScan, a rapidly expanding retail medical imaging company.  In 2004, I changed my focus to residential real estate so I could be closer to home and start a family.

Client Service: My experience and technical background have provided me with the tools needed to provide the highest level of service to my clients.  I leverage the internet to syndicate my listings to more than 30 websites and create a unique "landing page" for each listing.  I utilize my analytical skills to review market trends/data for assessing property values and to manage the details of every buyer and seller transaction.  I embrace technology and a "paperless" office with the use of electronic signatures and efax for the transmission of documents. 

Ahwatukee Resident:  My office and my home are in the great suburb of Ahwatukee in Mountain Park Ranch.  Located within the Kyrene School District, this is an awesome place to raise a family and enjoy the majestic views of South Mountain and the Ahwatukee Foothills.  Drive through Ahwatukee on any given morning or evening and you will find the area active with joggers, cyclists, hikers and mountain bikers.  Don't forget to visit the Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings.  Ahwatukee is a part of Phoenix but it really has its own down-to-earth, small town vibe.
