What I do, as a service to my CLIENT is educate them on the entire process, help them choose the option that is best for them, complete the necessary forms and follow-up on the entire process for them.
The optional word is CLIENT. The client is the party that I represent. I represent buyers and sellers. In my opinion, all parties should have reprentation. Therefore, I am happy to sign a listing contract with you, then when we have a bonnafide offer signed, I sign a buyer agency contract with you. I then represent you in the purchase of your next home.
