• We both know that is not true.  Being a realtor for over ten years, I am well educated in all real estate interests. At least I can say if I don't know about some aspect, I'll find resources and learn about it.  About me?  People usually say I'm fiesty and will fight for my client's best interests.  I just say I'm doing my job. Also, I am a people person, so my job is easy.  Mostly I like helping young couples find their first home.  Sadly, I like finding elderly people their last home too! lol...In between the young and the old, and including these great people, I like working with developers.  Louisiana is where I started selling real estate and I watched as the Northshore began their growth.  I feel like Stone County is going to be another one of those booming towns that you should have invested in already years ago.  lol...I am a rarity in the real estate industry.  I ANSWER my cell phone 24/7!!!...last Memorial Day, got a call, dropped my barbque and ran to sign up a new seller.  Day before Memorial Day, enjoying the day with my children on the deck, overlooking their lake, got a call, put down the chips and signed up another seller.  It has been my experience that most real estate agents are just working part time.  As I tell the new agents, I'm not here to make friends and influence you, I'm here to make money!  If on the way to that goal I meet lots of new friends, I will embrace that, and I will take care of business, but the bottom line is I help people make their housing dreams come true and I get paid for doing that...very simple.

I have raised/shown/judged quarter horses all my life practically, so I know a great farm when I see it.  Having owned my own breeding farm, I am experienced when it comes to permanent grasses, the way the land sits best for pasturing horses, barns with necessary safety features for horses and all the rest in finding a perfect horse farm.

I also have my Louisiana license, helping my people come back to the New Orleans area is big on my list of things I enjoy.  The Northshore was just booming when I first got my Louisiana license, I'm proud to have been a part of that great development.

Research and resources:  I have been a legal investigator for over fifteen years.  The experiences I have doing this has prepared me immensely for dealing with all kinds of clients in the real estate business.  Mostly I have learned how to find information I need for clients.  Researching anything a client can request is very important to them. 

  I have had many clients, like all agents, some great, some horrible.  And we all have horrow stories. I have had my share of sport and movie stars and they all gave me great testimonials.  Since I am a sport's nut myself, I loved mostly the football and basketball players and coaches that I have sold homes to.  So far, in Stone County, I have had my share of "stars" but cannot list any of those names as you well know.
