I just recently started a group called "Neighbor Helping Neighbor".  Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients!  One of those services is a referral network of customer service oriented businesses.  All my team members have shown that the customers always come first.  We work well together and keep each other motivated.  Bad news or negative comments are not allowed at our meetings!  Any negative comments result in a $5.00 "fine" that at the end of the month goes to a children's charity. 

We enjoy the team approach.  Any client of one member becomes a client of all members.  The client enjoys the fact that there is more than one contact person.  If a member's business stumbles, we all jump in to help put that team member back on the right path.  It's a win-win for members and clients.  The best way I know to experience continued growth and success!!!

My first thoughts in becoming a Realtor were to work with high-end clientele that viewed potential properties from helicopters and limos while sipping champagne.  Nice work if you can get it!  But over the last few years, I found myself getting great satisfaction and total enjoyment from helping the first time buyer.  Many of these buyers are young couples starting out in their life together.  Others have been together for awhile but always rented because they felt home ownership was out of reach.  Many have told me they called other "Realtors" who did not have time for first time buyers. 

To me, there is no greater enjoyment than spending time helping a new buyer in this very "mysterious" field of home buying.  The excitement in their eyes as they walk into their new home cannot be described!  You have helped them reach the first part of the "American Dream"-home ownership!
