We have recenlty closed on an Condo apartment in one the buildings in the Leisure World complex, in Silver Spring Md. Mr Robert Force , of the Aspen Hill-Leisure World office of Weichert Realtors, was the realtor who found that property for us, and asssited us in the subsequent transactions.
We were not familiar with the subdivision and we asked quite a few questions which Mr Force answered in appropriate detail, in a very professional manner, plain language and quite straight forward. That impressed us and we decided to work with Mr. Force.
A few days later Mr. Force gave us a tour of the Leisure World Complex and at the end of the tour we gave Mr. Force our requirements. Within 24 hours he called back, with a list that he belived would met our requirements. Indeed, that list fulfilled our requirements, we put in bid that was accepted and we finaliized the settlement smoothly and rather quickly.
Mr. Force activities as a realtor, representing us as the buyers, was the single most important factor in ensuring a smooth, trouble free closing transaction. From the moment we met Mr. Force until we completed the settlement process, Mr Force was with us as or representative. He was constantly hands-on, ensuring that no detatil, however small (like making sure that balcony windows would be closed before a rain storm), would be overlooked.
