It almost seems that the Pacific Northwest is synonomous with condos.  If you look in the big cities of Seattle and Bellevue you will see cranes on almost every corner.  Even tiny little Mercer Island has three cranes right in the town center.

I have experience in managing over 1,000 condominium units in the Seattle Belltown and Capitol Hill neighborhoods.  These mixed-use buildings operate on million dollar yearly budgets.  In addition, three of the five buildings I managed were in litigation for which two of these buildings I coordinated and managed the repairs.
