Yes, I do LOVE my AgentImage website.

Immediately prior to this, I used z57.  I liked that company very much, and had a wonderful account rep - Chris Hotz.  If you decide against Agent Image, I highly recommend them.  It was not easy for me to let go of that website... right up until the last minute.  If money is an object, they might be a good interim step until you can afford AgentImage.

However, my Agent Image website truly sets me apart from everyone else in my market place.  (Just do a google search for agents in Crofton Maryland and look at the cluttered and boring websites of other agents compared to mine.)  Tom was extremely patient and accommodating as we developed the website to accommodate my vision within the AgentImage template parameters. I can honestly say that I have three new listings in a week, thanks to this website.  It has not stood alone - I advertise in several places online and in print, I blog in two places, I comment on other people's blogs, I participate in community forums, I occasionally write letters to the editor on real estate topics for free exposure, and next month I've managed to be the "authority" in the cover article of a local magazine (which, God help me, will picture my aging and overweight torso on the cover).  All of these things lead people to click on my website - and when they do, they are hooked.  My Z57 website, while good, did not have that closing power to convert visitors to clients.

I also use Top Producer, sending weekly emails to people who register as prospective buyers - Each email offers some helpful information, usually a link on my website or to one of the original articles on my website, and never asks them for anything.  One of those new listings actually comes from that follow-up, and I have another good prospect who has referenced that follow-up. And, I have agent Image's Top Rank - who knows how much help that is...  I've been too busy to analyze that.

Bottom line - all of my efforts are now paying off BECAUSE of my AgentImage website.  The high up-front cost has been totally justified and recovered in my first month.  Feel free to give me a call, if you have any questions.  And, yes, let's keep in touch for referrals.
