As a Realtor, let me try to answer this question for you......
1. You want someone who is Qualified.
a. In addition to being a Licensed Realtor, I have my Accredited Buyers Representative designation and my Certified Residential Specialist designation. These are held by less than 5% of Realtors nationally.
b. I have also been promoted to Sales Vice President by my company. I was one of fifty in a company of 1200 agents to receive this promotion for my accomplishments.
2. You want someone who knows the Market.
