Hi.  My name is Vince Nigra and i am a licensed California Appraiser and cetified Home Inspector.  I have been in the bussiness for five years in the Tehama, Shasta, and Butte County area.  I know that a quality appraisal and home inspection is a very important part of a sale, listing or mortgage transaction.  I have assisted or completed hundreds of appraisals in the areas listed above and am confident that i can give you a quality appraisal or home inspection in a timely manor.  My turn around time is 24 to 48 hours after time of inspection.  24hours in most cases.  Hope to do bussiness with you soon.
