Every Team One member holds the designation of Real Estate Marketing Specialist (REMS).  That designation means that they have complete a intense 120 hour class in marketing and have successfully marketed at least 10 properties for sale and sold them in less than the average days on the market for that price range.

Every home we market get these two special features currently offered exclusively by Team One.  First the Audio Open House.  This one feature alone could sell your house faster than anything else.  The Audio Open House is exactly what the name says; a complete audio tour fo your house so people can get all the information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  It is an 800 number with a special extension for each home that allows prospective buyers to call a 24 hour recorded message and get all the information on the house.  It gives all the features of the house, the school information, the mortgage information, and finally allows the caller to leave a message for the marketing agent.  If no message is left, it also captures the caller's phone number and allows the marketing agent to call the prospect and tell them more about the house.  The second special feature we provide is a private web site for every house with it's own web address.   This web site allows the prospective buyer to see the home and at the same time listen to the Audio Open House recording.  It gives full details about shools, mortgage information, driving directions to the home, a sky view photo of the home, and a link allowing the web site visitor to request a showing of the home.  Both of these special features put us well ahead of the competition.
