Our Real Estate brokerage covers California, Nevada, and Colorado. We have a full service brokerage that concentrates in every part of the real estate market. Our firm is flexible, and very dynamic.We are expanding in several other states right now but regulation slows that process down. Agents are listing and selling our clients homes every day.  Our firm can work with real estate and loans, and we specialize in both investment and residential real estate transactions. What sets us apart from other firms that we compete against is that our firm is virtual, so we are able to keep our costs low. This enables us to make sure the clients needs remain #1, and our needs a distant second. We are a located in several locations throughout the southwest and in the midwest to serve your needs. We have tought our agents to work in a virtual world, and they have turned their business around and they are really moving to the forefront of their market. This is also helping them save money on every transaction, and they are able to take that savings to the consumer. Summit is also working hard to improve our internet capabilities to sell your home faster especially in a market that takes at least 120 to 180 days to sell. I tell clients to give me their stress, and when they do the job gets done and everyone is happy. We just love to do our job.

Summit Realty Group, Inc. is a C-Corporation founded by John Frederick Manno and Cynthia Ann Manno. This real estate brokerage was founded in 2007, and has been funded entirely by its founders with no outside investments received to date. The advent of e-commerce and the growth of the internet has had a profound impact on the real estate industry. The result, to our company, is that we are able to supply services directly to our agent's home office. We have developed a commission schedule that puts 100% commissions to rest, and brings back an honest approach in working with our real estate agents and paying them fairly with no hidden costs. This sensible relationship with our agents helps them stay at the highest level of professional standards and knowledge in the real estate industry. By remaining competitive in the market we are able to charge a fair commission, and get a better return for our clients.

 

Our corporation and our affiliates are very capable in the automation of businesses and knowing the needs of our real estate agents. Summit Realty Group, Inc. is a culmination of innovation derived over twelve years of real estate experience. With no help from our traditional brokerages, we learned how to use creativity and innovation to get to the top of our industry in a very short period of time.

 

Our company is changing the way real estate sales techniques are applied in the market. The traditional real estate office supplies an office and basic office supplies and equipment. They also follow state licensing laws and provide a place of business open for inspection during normal business hours. The office and all pertinent documents for running the business will be open for inspection. A designated broker will also be available to answer any questions concerning the company. There is no limit on the number of agents our company can hire under our broker's license.

 

Our platform is to take the traditional Real Estate transaction into virtual world.   Each agent will work out of their home and use their own office supplies such as fax machines, computers, printers, internet connection, and phones to service their clients' needs thus eliminating the overhead of a traditional office. The agent gets to advertise in a manner allowed by the law and receive the proceeds of their investment.  The agent will receive a 90% split and the brokerage will receive a 10%, and the agent is not responsible for any other transaction costs.   Traditional brokerage firms that work on 100% commission structures do not disclose the other associated costs resulting in a net commission of 68% once those costs are assessed.

Errors & Omissions Insurance is mandatory and is required by each agent. Our company carries a corporate policy. Our Brokers Trust account is with Bank of America and is reconciled monthly.

We work with investors, shortsales, reo's, bulk reos, commercial and residential properties. Summit has a diverse portfolio of clients, and we get the job done no matter where the day takes us. Our agents have direct access to the bulk reo and banks to get the best price and location for our clients. Also Summit Financial Group can work with you to get qualified for a loan in these difficult times. Our agents are trained to work with both buyers and sellers, and that is why we are able to sell your home faster and compete against the large brokerages. Summit also works while we sleep through our outstainding internet site. Another adjunct of our firm is working with the banking institutions directly to develope bulk reo packages for our clients that have 5 million dolloars or more. This can be done by creating a custom package, or by purchasing a drop package that fell out of escrow. Summit Realty Group has taken all of the mistakes that large brokerages are making, and we have streamlined our system to be more efficient. This makes the agent a better and more efficient too, and they are able to take the efficiency to the marketplace to eliminate our compitition.

Our product is a system that allows agents to be more effective and efficient in obtaining and closing Real Estate sales.  The Internet already provides the agents' access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which allows them to post their listings and report their sales. We are in the process of providing our agents with live online help, and the agents will be able to download all the necessary forms associated with their transaction, and their licensing functions.
