Charles & Noeleen Duffy, "Team Duffy" emigrated from Dublin, Ireland in 1989 with their 4 children, Ciara, Cathal, Donal & Marcus. When we first decided to look for an easier climate for the winter months, we chose palm Coast as a place to start, without any real idea of what we would be looking for.
