My wife Peggy and I have been married for 15 years.  We have 4 beautiful children ranging from 14 years old to 9 months.  I have been mentoring and coaching in some fashion almost my entire life.  From being a counselor at Boy Scout camp, working at the YMCA for 8 years, teaching 5th grade, coaching football and now business coaching.  I have been business mentoring for the past 6 years and helping people succeed in any market.

I have built a multi-million dollar generating company within a company in the telecommunications industry.  My team expands all through North America and includes thousands and thousand of customers.  I know how to recruit, train and motivate!  My coaching focuses on the principles of life rather than just the practices.  As the great Stephen R. Covey states "Practices become obsolete at times, principles never do."
