Recent retiree from Minnesota.  Moved to Florida to escape the winters.  Had a lifelong dream to sell real estate so here is my chance to do so.  I prepaired Income Taxes professionally for about 15 years.  I am dedicated to the coustomer and having recently gone through the moving process, I know what should have been done better, and what was done right in my real estate transactions.  Right now, businesss is slow but that gives me a chance to get "up to speed" before the market regains some of its previous steam.

I drive a Pontiac Solstice so cannot take coustomers with me in my car.  My car is bright red so it is easy to follow when they want to visit houses.  I rely on my GPS to get me around and so far, have not been lost in my sojourns.

I do not have any real areas of expertise but would like to work with retirees and older folks.  I can work with younger people also as I am still young at 59 years old.  As I have limited business, I have more than adequate time to devote to my clients.

I live in Solivita which is located in Poinciana.  Poinciana is actually a part of Kissimmee so the name is sometimes interchanged.  Solivita is a Gated Community for those aged 55 and over.  I really enjoy the lifestyle here and can see myself selling to other retirees that want the secuirty of a gated community without the restrictions of a condo or townhome.  I do not play golf but, my house is located on the fairway of the 15th hole.  Location, Location, Location!
