I have lived in Florida since 1983 after moving from Vermont.  I have finally started to thaw out.  My esperience in the real estate industry began with my first license in 1972.  In Vermont I was invoved in general real estate as well as condominium divelopment.

When I moved to Florida I began a retail coffee roasting and bakery business.   I could not stay out of real estate.  I started a very large business brokerage and sold that in the early 1990's. I then got involved in the financial services industry until about five years ago.  I have been a full time real estate investor for the last five years.
