His fiance Melissa works as a recoponist in a real estate office and she also has her Realtos license. They are going to be married on Nov. 3, 2007 at Lovers Key State Park.

Adam is my youngest nephew and he is Head Prep Line Chef at Bricktops Restaurant in Naples. He attended Johnson & Wells Culinary School in Miami.
