I have experience working with new home buyers, relo(s), and foreclosures. Foreclosures can be very challenging, you have to spend extra time on explaining all the details that go along with a foreclosure. Example: "the closing date" of how important it is to not go past this date and what the costs are. I have been working the Raleigh, Wake Forest, Knightdale areas in Wake County and I also spend a great deal of time in the Franklin, Johnston, and Granville Counties. I enjoy showing new construction that is not finished, so I can show my clients how they can pick out carpet, and light fixtures to counter tops. I have learned the importance of listening to my clients. When I am quiet, my clients will do the talking and I will learn what they are really looking for in their new purchase of their home.

I also enjoy helping sellers, in getting their house ready for showing and helping prepare them for the complete selling process ahead of them. I make sure that my clients are comfortable with understanding the offer/counter offer process, home inspections, repairs, and home warranties ect.

Things are going well here and we're keeping busy.  We are settled in for
the most part.  Some stray boxes here and there yet to tackle.  I just
wanted to say hi and thank you once again for all your efforts on our
behalf.  The house is great!  Lot #1 has a ranch home going up - rapidly,
Andy is the builder.  I look to see the roof on in the next couple of days. 
Lot #3 has been purchased by another builder and he has plans for a 2 story.
  It's really peaceful out here and we are enjoying it tremendously.

How's the market going for you?  We still haven't convinced Uncle Ray and
Aunt Cora to come out.  I think they're probably content where they're at.
