I have been a Realtor since April 1977 and with this RE/MAX office since 1981.  I have a staff of three, one administrative assisstant, Joyce Hege, and to Buyer Specialists, Jackie Fiorillo and Karen Moersch.We help each other with clients when and where needed, so we are available to help when ever needed.  In 2005 we sold 118 properties for a volume of $28 million in sales.  We pride ourselves on the customer service that we offer our clients.  I have been a member of the Northern Illinois Sales Advisory Council since 1982 and is currently the 1st Vice President.    I have taken numerous sales classes over the years and became a member of the Cyberstars in 2004.  This is a great group of Realtors world wide that share information and ideas .  This year marks my 25th year with RE/MAX and I have been asked to be a part of a new hard cover book coming out called  "200 RE/MAX Success Stories!

Use this section to write about your specific area's of expertise. Do you specialize in first time buyers - listing high end homes - etc. Are there specific market area's that you specialize in? The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller.

Typically the two Buyer Specialists work with the Buyers and I work with the sellers.  We are broadening our horizons and I have been training them both to also work with sellers.  This will afford more flexibility on our part for our clients.  We work with a lot of past clients and past client referals and have a very broad area that we cover.  Alot of our clients in the past have moved farther west as the housing is and has been more affordable.
