I love this business.  I got started by watching my high school girlfriend's father do the real estate business.  He was out there going around calling on people, enjoying the calls, selling properties, investing some and just loving it.  I knew from then on that was for me.  When I graduated from the University of Kansas, I took a couple of different jobs, but they never gave me the freedom that I loved while I was a student.  Finally, I joined a construction crew in a small town in Kansas.  I worked there as a framing carpenter until I got my real estate license.  That was in 1977. Then I worked part time until my first commission check - $ 2,143.75 - I'll never forget that.  I haven't really looked back since. 

There have been different markets, good and bad, but the bottom line to this day - I don't know anything else.  Put me to the test.

Since then, I have done residential, commercial, farm land, lots, investments,and property management.
