Friday, August 1, will see the commencement of a multi-year project to move the power lines in Christiansted underground. The Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency will break ground Friday on the lawn of Fort Christian.
The project, funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) through its pre-disaster mitigation grant
