Question: on 3/4/08 I received a letter from the Ohio Divison of unclaimed funds. They reported that Key Mortgage Services was holding a refund check in my name for the amount of $200.They asked for information such as I.D. , social security # ,acertified Notary. They are also asking for some type of signed paper with my address at 5644 Wayesburg Dr.,Waynesburg,Ohio 44688. I no longer live there.
