I have been in the field of real estate for 11 years. As a Realtor I have unique skills in that I have a Master's degree in Psychology and a B.A. in Consumer Psychology and Marketing. I have used these degrees to my advantage in working on obtaining listings from expired listings and FSBO's where the seller has been frustrated from bad experiences and are doubting going with a Realtor for first or second time. I have also used this psychology background at the buyer's end in looking at homes with buyer's "issues" in mind and working with them so that they gain momentum and have fun in finding that dream house.
In helping the person who is thinking about selling their home or has not been successful in selling their home with someone else I have been able to assist them understand what they need to do have a successful sale. From staging to setting first impressions I will help the seller make their house a very marketable house that stands out from the competition. I will use my season adjusted marketing strategies that will bring qualified and motivated buyers to their home.
And second, I am really big on the communication with my seller. This is often missed by other Realtors who often dread having to tell their Realtor the status of their home sale. If you don't talk to your seller how can they ever fell trust and loyalty in you? Be a talker. Show people that you got what it takes to sell homes...
