Scott Allan was born in New Jersey where after attending college at Montclair St. Univ, he was given an opportunity to play professional baseball.    Earning All-American honors in the college and professional baseball field, Scott was introduced to real estate by his sports agent, which as of today is still Scott's mentor.  In 2002, Scott made the difficult decision to redirect his attention to real estate.  In 2003, he was one of Keller Williams top 10 nationwide agents, where he assisted a national developer in land entitlements for development on the Gulf of Mexico that was previously turned down 4 times by other large developers.  Recognized for his achievements, Scott was hired by NHBA, the real estate division of one of the country's largest construction lenders.  Scott's role was to advise in all real estate and acquisitions of a portfolio that was near a billion dollars and to also analyze emerging markets, such as Mississippi immediately after Hurricane Katrina.  In 2007, Scott became the main managing member to Royalty Homes, a real estate developer and builder in Florida and Mississippi.  With expertise in condo converting duplexes and quads, Scott has brought his real estate and construction experience to the devestated areas of the coast, earing recognition from several local community leaders for his state of the art and unique engineering.  Scott leads by example and has a priority to FEMA and the Mississippi Development Authority in complying with the Advised Base Flood Elevation that most builders along the coast ignore daily.
