Stacy Grove is no stranger to the Real Estate industry! As a third generation Realtor, she has learned from the best in the country!
After graduating from Ball State University with a degree in Telecommunications, Stacy decided to return to West Lafayette and learn the Real Estate industry from her friend, mentor and Mom, Cathy Russell (www.lafayette-real-estate.com). As a former Real Estate broker, her dad, Steve, has also been inspirational in her success.
In her first 5 months as a buyer specialist for Cathy Russell Team Real Estate, Stacy helped more than 25 families find their new home and/or investment properties. In 2006, her first year in Michiana, Stacy sold more than $3 Million in volume for Cressy & Everett!
In 2007, Stacy hammered her personal records and surpassed her personal goals, selling more than 30 homes for more than $4 Million in closed volume. (Did you know the average Realtor sells only 8 homes per year?) She is now a member of Cressy & Everett's President's Club. (Members distinguish themselves as top associates by achieving over $4.0 to $5.4 million in closed volume or 30 to 39 closed units in 2007.)
Stacy puts a heavy emphasis on further education. In 2007, Stacy became a G.R.I (Graduate, Realtor's Institute) and is also a designee for both the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and E-pro designations. She also led the Greater South Bend-Mishawaka Association of Realtors as their Education Committee Chairperson in 2007.
In her free time, Stacy enjoys photography, traveling and spending as much time as possible with her husband Dustin, an anchor and reporter for WSBT News 22.
