I've been selling new homes and managing and training new home salespeople for nearly 30 years. Now, with Jerry Rouleau, I cohost Selling New Homes: The Monday Morning Sales Meeting, a Podcast and Blog posted every Monday at www.BuilderRadio.com. In addition, I do long-term coaching for sales organizations willing to set specific sales goals and let me work with them to achieve those objectives. Jerry and I also are in demand as speakers for new home sales organizations, HBAs and housing producers.
