I am a Minot native who knows the area inside and out.  I have been in real estate sine 2006 and thuroughly enjoy the challenges that this career offers me.  I love meeting new people and getting to help people find the house that they want to call HOME. 

As a first time home buyer I had many reservations and fears about taking "that" leap into home ownership.  However, Stephanie was there to quell those fears as she continuously answered all of my questions and in a very timely manner.  She set aside plenty of time to show me as many houses as I wanted to see.  She gave me her honest opinion on anything asked concerning the houses.   She definately did her homework on the home I chose and helped me step by step leading to closing.  She was even eager and willing to help after I closed!  While working with her I had the opportunity to observe how the other realtor operated and there was absolutely no comparison!   -- Chris Boney
