I'm Spencer Rascoff, the CFO and VP of Marketing at Zillow.com.

I was born in NY and lived there until I was 12. I then lived in LA for several years. Went to college in Boston and then back to New York.

I used to be an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and then I was a private equity investor at Texas Pacific Group in San Francisco. Co-founded an online travel company, Hotwire.com, which we sold to Expedia in 2003. Worked at Expedia for a year as VP Lodging before joining Zillow as employee #5 in March05.
