Kevin Spengel is a 32-year resident of Wheaton.  He's been around the Real Estate business much of that time.  His father, Ken, the Broker-Owner of Prudential Spengel sold new construction homes for Wiseman-Hughes, builders of the popular Briarcliffe homes in Wheaton.  In the 70's Kevin played in the foundations and colored on the backs of floor plans and pricing sheets.  Now, as a licensed Realtor since 1994, he is listing and selling many of those same homes.  Kevin and Sherry are the top office sales team with home sales exceeding $11,000,000 in 2005.

Kevin is a graduate of Wheaton School District 200: Longfellow and Lincoln Elementary, Edison Junior High and Wheaton Central High.  He is an alumnus of Bradley University and their National Championship Speech Team.  Because of his background in technology sales, Kevin offers leading-edge technology solutions to buyers and sellers. 

Sherry DeLucas Spengel is a thirteen year resident of Wheaton and grew up in Glen Ellyn. She is a graduate of District 89 and Glenbard South High School.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Loyola University Chicago.  Sherry has an extensive marketing background working for companies such as Hamilton Associates and Arthur Andersen's training center in St. Charles, Illinois. 

Kevin and Sherry live in Wheaton with their 4 children and dog, Rex.  Kevin and Sherry are active members of the PTA in Glen Ellyn school District 41.  Kevin was named to the Board of Directors of Wheaton-Briarcliffe Youth Baseball and Softball for his volunteer contributions to the league.  Kevin and Sherry are licensed foster parents in the State of Illinois.
