I live in Maine in the Sebago Lake region. This is a wonderful area of the state. I can be on the ocean within 45 minutes from this area and within 30 minutes of mall shopping. I do live a bit from the hustle and bustle of city life, but the country living is a great ammenity.

I own several long coat chihuahuas which I share with my husband. I have found showing the dogs at some of the biggest dog shows has been a great joy for me. My love for real estate has allowed my husband and I to own three lake homes and enjoy all three for different reasons. One is great for walks and  another is great for sailing and kayaking. The other is great for fishing, boating fast and furious, etc.

I sold real estate in the 80's, then took a sabbatical from that in order to raise my three children. I now find myself back in the business with ERA Today Realty in Naples, Me.  I have seen the real estate market move up and down and have been able to swing with it's pendulum actions.

I belong to the Portland Board of Realtors, the Maine Board of realtors, and the National Board of Realtors. I am also on the Portland Habitat for Humanity committee

I enjoy working with those who are looking to  get into the home of their dreams in the easiest way possible, and for those who are hoping to sell their property.There is so much involved in the real estate market. I love it.

Living in the Sebago lake region in Maine, makes it a great opportunity to introduce waterfront living as a reality to others. There are many laws to protect the water frontage areas of Maine. It is important to find a realtor who understands some of the zoning rules when it comes to waterfront communties. Whether it be a primary residence or a secondary/ vacation home, we have it here in Maine.

 I have grown up with animals and love them. I have shown in the horse show world and recently in the dog show world.  I can help those who are interested in the safety of their animals when moving. I undertand the need for how the land should look and the size of the lot needed for certain type plans for those who own animals.
