I have been a full time Realtor since 1990.  I specialize in residential sales which include estate homes, country property, vineyards, 1031 Exchanges, first time home buyers and of course, representation for sellers.  I have held title as Negotiation and Transaction Manager for a busy real estate company for several years.  In 2006, I was recognized as a top producer in my company and in the top 1% in the Bay Area, boy does that make me smile!  

I love what I do and I especially love negotiating the best deal for my clients.  I have a high percentage of repeat and referral business which tells me I must be doing something right!

Solano County is an awesome place to live.  Not only do we have the Govenator but fantastic weather to boot!  Solano is one of the nine bay area counties and the most affordable.  We have vineyards, the largest protected marsh, unforgettable water ways, great restaurants, shopping and a variety of businesses to enjoy.  If you're a classic car fanatic, die hard golfer, crazy mountain biker or live theatre is more your style (just to name a few) then Solano County is for you.  Oh and did I say that Solano is centrally located to where you could go snow boarding and surfing in the same day?  What more could you ask for?
