Mr. Niakan was very personable and thoughtful during my home-buying search in Miami. He patiently answered several of my questions and he asked me many of his own questions in order to understand what I was looking for. Based on my responses, he offered several options and did alot of legwork before I even came to Miami to see houses. Specifically, he printed maps/lists for my own convenience, constructed a database comparing costs/features of homes in the areas I was interested in, visited the homes in advance, called me a number of times in order to re-evaluate and consider new options, and so forth. I felt that Mr. Niakan offered excellent guidance without imposing a pre-set agenda; he also demonstrated an appropriate understanding my geographic, lifestyle, and financial considerations as a new surgical resident.
