from getting into our new home last year, espiscially if you have the income, the first time I inquired about a loan we were declined

about 6 months later my broker called me and said I can get your loan approved, so we reapplied, thanks to God it went through

and it was what we wanted the loan to be it was a preset amount, so we found a home that was for sale for about 90 days it was on

the market, and the seller was ready to sell, we got the seller to kick in a undisclosed amount, pay up the taxes, and I came up

with a small closing cost fee and we closed the deal.  With all this said, Please do not give up hope on purchasing your new home,

if you are experiencing problems with your Broker Or Agent Please do not hesitate to give us a call we will be glad to pass on the
