I pride myself on one-one attention with my clients.  I want to be your Realtor for life.  I believe the Realtor/Client relationship lasts after the transaction is closed.  I have a very high level of energy and am always up for a challenge.  I am very detailed-oriented.  I am a true problem-solver and work very well under pressure.  I also have the heart of a teacher and specialize with first-time buyers and sellers as well as those relocating to the area here.  Approximately 75% of my business comes directly from past clients or  is generated from referrals from past clients and customers.

As stated in the the previous section, I am a detail-oriented, real estate agent with the heart of a teacher, specializing with first-time buyers and sellers, and relocating buyers and sellers.  I also have extensive experience with new construction, both spec and custom homes, short sales, and have some experience with REO properties as well.  My general coverage areas include but are not limited to Warren County and the city of Bowling Green, Logan County and the city of Russellville, Allen County and Simpson County.
